Shipping & Delivery
For Local / National Orders

All orders successfully placed before 2:00pm (GMT+8) from (Tuesday to Friday) will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business working days. Processing times does not include weekends and public holidays. 

Kindly note that we experience high volume of orders during the festive and sale periods and this often results in delays in delivery and we apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

Our delivery options and rates may vary. Shipping rates are determined by the volumetric rate set by our couriers. View and select what's currently available before you checkout.

Only residential or commercial addresses are accepted. We also deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you have listed down your delivery address thoroughly and correctly.

Shipment dates are estimate time frames set by our couriers.

MELBOURNE : 1 - 3 business days
Our delivery within Melbourne Metro is within the same day - if you manage to pick something you like before 11am.

Nationwide : 3 - 5 business days
