SENTIO - Beechworth Pinot Noir 2019
$165.00
***Rated 95 - Campbell Mattinson - James Halliday’s Australian Wine Companion***
Characteristic
"It puts reduction to positive effect and layers nut and spice notes through flavours of forest berries and violets. It's complex, pretty and brooding at once, firmish tannin working to pull it all together. Immaculately well crafted. Drink by 2026."

SENTIŌ : Feel. Perceive. Handcrafted wines highlighting regional expression through unique single vineyards and consistent vinification techniques.
Chris Catlow the winemaker is a gun, his wines are stellar and he will only grow in prominence over the years. Chris is a local Beechworth lad who worked as a teenager with Barry at Sorrenberg. Barry convinced him to complete tertiary education and Chris now has a double degree in viticultural and wine science. An absolute cracker of a Chardonnay from the Yarra Valley with love.
